Lent has Come Early. I'm giving up chocolate, candy and pop drinks

Today I begin the healthy eating plan again.
First task is to empty the fridge and cupboards of chocolate, candies and pop (gassy) drinks.
Not only are these items full of calories and sugar, but they also seem to be poisoning my body. I'm addicted to them. Strangely enough, I don't even know if I like them - I seem to pop chocolates into my mouth without even thinking about it.
These items should be my new treats. Surely that will make them taste nice again!
