Well, so far this health kick has been doing ok. I have been eating well for the past few days - and most importantly - enjoying it!!
I've also managed to find the time to visit the local pool and do some lengths. I even speed-walked to the pool - thus burning a few more calories along the way!
Even if I enjoyed the pool, I am not sure the other swimmers enjoyed the sight of Fat wobbly thighs and arms. In fact, I am quite sure they didn't!
